MAURICE ‘MO’ RADKE, PGA
Golf Academy Hawaii Director of Instruction
With nearly 50 years of golf experience, Mo has extensive training and experience as a player, teacher, coach, tutor, and mentor, for thousands of golfers whom he introduces to the game of golf and to those with intermediate and advanced skills. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Education, specializing in training and development.
Since 2003, he is the PGA Director of Instruction at the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course delivering private, semi-private, group clinics, corporate outings, video analysis, clubfitting, and club repair services. His junior program is one of the only developmental programs on Oahu where juniors get personalized, hands-on instruction by professional staff instructors.
He previously served as a PGA Instructor at the Golf Academy of America (Hawaii campus) offering an Associate of Science Degree in Applied Business Management with a concentration in Golf Operations. Classes taught were: Short Game I, II, & III, Clubfitting, Golf Club Repair, Golf Course Design, Advanced Teaching, Golf Course Operations, Capstone, Career Enhancement, Golf History, and Golf Course Maintenance.
He is directly involved in the PGA’s Aloha Section as a volunteer instructor and is involved in the PGA’s Growth of the game initiatives like Play Golf America and associated special events.
Some playing accomplishments include: Champion, 2008 PGA Aloha Section Head Pro Assistant Pro Championship, Hualalei, Hawaii. Overall Champion, 1992 Subic Bay Open, RP. Overall Champion 1986 Southwest Regional Golf Championship, Corpus Christie, TX. Runner-up Southeast Regional Championship.

Golf Academy Hawaii Lead Instructor/Junior Golf Program Director
Coach Jon is a talented PGA golf instructor and coach. Teaching since 2007, Jon provides sound golf advice and training to youth and adults of various talent levels.
Jon leads and directs the Golf Academy Hawaii junior golf program and has built the training into a world-class program that centers on golf skills, respect for others with a special emphasis on fitness and nutrition.
Jon’s teaching philosophy is to build the athlete. His ability to improve the athleticism of his students is a great complement to his understanding of nutrition and how it impacts the golfer.
Jon received his Class A PGA designation from the Professional Golfers Association of America in January 2012 after a 4-year apprenticeship.
